I am Martin Epp, a Broker Associate with First Colorado Land Office in Salida, Colorado, since January of 1995. In my 14 years with the firm I have had the honor of setting a company sales record and being voted “Best Salida Realtor” in the local Mountain Mail newspaper poll.

A little personal history: My family moved to Salida in 1970 and I graduated from Salida High School in 1978. My daughters Corinne and Madison graduated from SHS as well, in 1997 and 2005 respectively. Corinne has since graduated from the University of Colorado. Madison has graduated from Tulane, and moved on to Penn State to continue her education. My wife Linda has been a manager in the local medical field for more than 15 years. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, working on my house and yard, riding motorcycles, composing and playing music, camping, hiking, fishing and working out. I have been continually active in community and charitable events supporting such causes and groups as FIBark, Support Our Schools Salida, Chaffee County Search and Rescue, SIDS, Shavano Academic Booster Club, Boy Scouts, Salida Steam Plant, and many private and school related activities and fundraisers.

Helping people to have an enjoyable Real Estate experience is very rewarding to me. I especially enjoy helping first time buyers, making sure they understand the implications of their transaction and hopefully empowering them with confidence and knowledge to assist them in their future transactions.
